How do I prevent sitting discomfort?
Cycling is the best hobby in the world - but nothing is more annoying than when seat discomfort spoils the fun on the trails. In collaboration with Ergon, we have started a series dedicated to exactly this topic. In the first part of our ergonomics special, we explain which seat discomforts can occur when mountain biking and how they can be effectively resolved.

Danke für das informative Video, klasse! Eine kleine Frage blieb für mich noch offen. Welche Falscheinstellungen können Auslöser für Schmerzen im unteren Rücken sein? Ich habe da seltsamerweise auch nur beim Bergauffahren Probleme. Vielleicht habt ihr ja dazu noch eine Idee. Schöne Grüsse!

Hallo, Seit dem Ich mein Ergon SM Core Men Sattel habe und seit dem habe Ich keine Gesäss schmerzen mehr. Diese Bau Reihe kommt bei jeden Mountain Bike ob Hardtail oder Cross Country Mountain Bike ran. Ich fahre Ja nur auf Ausdauer von 50-60 Kilometer. Das reicht mir auch und dann bin Ich Platt. Wieso hat Ergon keine T-Shape Sättel? Bin mit einem Sitzknochenabstand von 11cm den S/M Sattel fahren, der vom Druck auf die Sitzknochen bisher der beste Sattel war. Musste aber den Hersteller wechseln, weil meine Oberschenkelinnenseite sich immer aufgescheuert hat.

Niemand wird hier „reduziert“! Setz mal Deine soziologischen Scheuklappen ab, Jonas!! Damit kannst Du heutzutage ÜBERHAUPT nicht mehr punkten…nicht mal bei den Jugendlichen.
