I was so frustrated with my shoulder pain and inability to perform high elbow catch until I watched this video. You saved my life ❤

I had a lesson with Adam last year and has completely changed the way I swim, swimming front crawl always felt like a battle now I have halved my effort I need to put in and increased my speed. 👍👍

Interesting. Thanks for creating this. Is the underwater hand staying forward while the other hand moves?

Awesome to listen and watch. You make it so clear and basic to follow, which it great. Swimming can get so technical I often forget just to relax roll snd swim smooth. Great videos and short sharp but really focused and valuable advice! Cheers 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Could you please clarify what pushing yo the groin means? I’ve heard from people that we are supposed to push until our hand passes our hip and brush against our thighs. Is that not recommended in your perspective?

I just subscribed to your channel, Sir. Your swimming and techniques is just amazing to watch. I hope with more practice and more hard work, I'll be able to swim like you...:)

Awesome! Good technique and to be able to smooth forward smoothly also requires a strong pull

I've subscribed to your channel because I believe what you are saying is good, but lot of us are from other countries so without stopping videos, using graphics to explain each position, drawing lines,... it's really tough to catch what you are saying. Please, can you make more graphics, I did my 4km two weeks ago and my shoulder is killing me. I still can't put my t-shirt. Thank you for your videos, I've checked them all, please do the graphics so I can understand what you are telling us. All the best ❤️

Hello Adam, don't quite understand when you said: Never leave the wrist and hands behind you when you are sweeping with the recover arm. Is there another video where you can demonstrate this? Cheers!
@adamwalker32 Жыл бұрын
I have done one in Ocean Walker Vimeo my online coaching. It means don’t point your recovery arm wrist backwards. vimeo.com/ondemand/oceanwalkertechnique
