It’s tricky because we’re always scared of getting hurt. But getting scared of getting hurt IS what’s going to hurt us! Because most scared ppl stop halfway (don’t hold knees, knees don’t go completely go up, doesn’t jump high etc.). So don’t be scared and you’ll be able to do it. Trust me

@@matthias8161Frontflips are more diffcult than a Backflip because A Frontflip is a blind landing skill and it takes more physical effort than a Backflip and Frontflips are less scary and safer to learn. Backflips are easier because you can spot the ground when you are about to land the trick and It is more scarier and Frontflips are easier to commit and Backflips are harder to commit! In my opinion it depens on the kind of person you are and what you feel more comfrontable doing and praticing and maybe if you are a beginner like me maybe you can start easy skills and flips like, List of Easy Flips to Learn first and some are optional: 1. Front roll 2. Back roll 3. Side roll/Barrell 4. Cartwheel 5. Round off 6. Kip up 6. Maccao (optional) Helps with Backflip and other backwards flips Fear! 7. Handstand (optional) Helps you get comfrontable upside down! 8. Fronthandspring (optional) Easy Forward Flip to learn but can more challenging 😂 9. Backhandspring (optional) Easy Backwards Flip to learn but challenging and scaier than a Backflip and Harder After you learned all those easy flips then now you chosse what order flips in. But If you want to learn a Backflip or Frontflip maybe I would Frontflips first since they are safer to learn and less scary than a Backflip. If it is not feeling natural to you than learn Backflips first since they are easier and not as harsh as frontflip and maybe some people Backflips are safer. You can learn either before the other. If you learn skill then it will make the other skill easier to learn it is all about having good confidence and Commitment and trusting youself that you won't fall and hurt or even you do get hurt at least you went upside down and you got the feeling of it! You need to falling is a skill and not something that happen 24/7 when flipping you need to learn how to fall safetly abd learn the basics of falling and how to catch your fall and control your fall. Good luck and hope this helps you out and I am here still trying to these flips and I will keep trying and I hope you can these flips too because My goal is make nothing impossible to learn so people to know that they do anything if put their minds to it. Just remember not to rush process because process is process and Some skill might take longer than others when practicing so keep trying you will get these skills. I can do some flips but not cool enough so I am still havong some fear but I know it go away. Always good luck with everything and be safe maybe get a friend or 2 to help you when learning these cool tricks or gymastics and use of their equipment but I guess you need to not that seroius I learn some flips without experince anyway.

I wouldent reccomend practicing backflips on grass as its basically concrete and chances are you will open up as it takes a bit of practice to train out your reflexes that make you not stay in a ball let alone your muscles and body getting used to the movement. But once you have it you could not train for months and same day do a backflip

Could you please make a video for dub fulls from scoot or dub corks? You do it so perfectly and it would help so much hearing your thoughts and tips. Keep it up Kyle
@s-dyorindyorin-s1495 жыл бұрын
Kyle's backflips are great, but as in many many other tutorials of other flippers he puts emphasis on secondary things. Everything you should know about backflip is BACKFLIP IS A BACKWARD ROLL IN THE AIR. That's all. Do backward rolls on the ground - non-stop, easily, so that you rotate and over-rotate, REMEMBER THIS FEELING, then combine this move with a decent vertical jump with you shoulders SLIGHTLY leaning backwards and - land. 99% of mistakes come from the fact people don't do a backward roll after jumping - they tuck, they draw their knees etc. If you lie on the floor and you draw you knees to your chest - guess what happens? Nothing. You will be in a tucked position, but you won't rotate over your head. Why do people think, they will rotate in the air simply because they tuck?! In fact when you do a backward roll you DRAW YOUR HIPS/PELVIS TO YOUR SHOULDERS and over your head - that's what makes you rotate! Don't draw your knees - draw your pelvis/your ass to your shoulders - and you will do a backflip. The other thing - never commit a backflip in an unsafe environment - do this into a foam pit, because even mats are not sufficient. IMHO even trampoline is not sufficient. You need months before you can backflip on the ground.

This is how I got my back flip! So first you need to know a back hand spring! ( maybe not but for me yeah ) so what I did ( and btw I got a back flip and backhand spring in the same day! ) so what I did is a backhand spring but I would keep my arms up until I was scared. And then each time just ignore try to put your hands down at the last second! And then just keep going until you can not put them ( hands ) down but you don’t have to land. But just keep doing that but not landing. ( unless you landed ) but when you think you are ready to try landing it, don’t try to tuck like holding your legs. Cause when I do that cause I learned it like hours ago lol, but just tuck without holding on to your legs just straighten your legs a bit until you land!! ( oh and also I don’t do the backhand spring start I just keep jumping) btw I got it on the trampoline!
