Hey gymnast here. Even tho i am doing full fulls and tumbling on a high level shit still scares me. You probably overcome a fear that would have taken a gymnast months ore maybe years. Even with a good coach. And i find it extremly intresting that you were able to battle that fear in 24 hours. Mad respect

Romell as someone who can backflip you should try and fully commit to it and don't stop because the only reason people get hurt is because the freeze in the air out of fear but you will be fine and if you do freeze and hurt yourself take a rest for a while and then go back to the basics Even though you have already backflipped these tips should help you to land a backflip without assistance Good luck

heyy, im doing parkour since february 2019 and i could do more complicated stuff before doing the backflip. I learned it 4 months ago in a trampolin park, which was really safe. To all the people that are reading this, i was that tipe of person who was totally mentally blocked, i allmost cried because i couldnt understand it, but to the first backlip is just jump backwards with a little bit of axe and than move your neck backwards looking at the floor. It might look complicated, but if you do it in a safe place, you will understand it and get it well.
