I've watched about 14,000 videos on disc golf form and this is the best one I've seen at clearly outlining and describing the main mechanics of a backhand throw. Bravo!

Another huge lesson learned from watching TT is that you don’t need a fast walk up. His X step looks like it is in slow motion yet his disc comes out of his hand at max speed. It’s surreal to watch.
