Honestly I use both. I always have a point marked out where I close 50% of my position and move stops to break even. After that I'll trail my stop as structure forms

can you do a video on this for me?...... now, let say market is in an up trend. that is market is forming a higher high and lower high . in an up trend if the strong low get violated that means there is a CHOCH and market has change from uptrend to down trend. but in some cases market goes back to break structure and continue the up trend giving us a fake out... how can we identify that fake out so that we dont get traped?

The best way to avoid this is by waiting for a second BoS to the downside AFTER ChoCh has formed. This will help confirm that the ChoCh is valid. Just remember tho, nothing is guaranteed in the markets.
