If you lose a trade and the trend does not go to where it should be going, do you cancel the whole setup or is the setup still valid to use?

When you say setup, are you referring to the Bearish/Bullish leg?

@@Plusitt okay so we can use ChoCh to help us identify a new high/low point right? Now if ChoCh occurs but price just continues in the same direction soon after, then we know that ChoCh has failed, and we need to wait for another new high/low to form. Now let's just say ChoCh occurs and a new Bearish leg forms, we obviously want to wait for price to pull back towards Premium Pricing before entering short trades right? Many times price won't even reach premium pricing before the continuing with the underlying trend. This is totally fine, it just means that particular bearish leg would have broken down.
