How to Bake the Perfect MINI CHOCOFLANS, so simple and perfect EVERYTIME!

It’s another beautiful day and since celebrations are just around the corner, I want to share with you how to make the best MINI CHOCOFLANS it makes the perfect bite size dessert. ‼️ make sure not to fill up the muffin cups all the way!!
this makes 1 whole chocoflan, 12 jumbo muffins or 24 mini
Ingredients:
1/4 cup whipped cream cheese
5 eggs
1 evaporated can
1 condensed can
1 tbsp Mexican vanilla blend
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 triple chocolate fudge cake mix plus ingredients
1 serving of love 💕

Choco flan is also called “impossible cake” because it’s supposed to “magically” invert while cooking. That is how I like to make mine.🍮 However, to make them more visually appealing, Claudia prepared them separately…🤔 😋

I make them too but I put more of the flan mix then the chocolate mix or I make only flan, sometimes coco flan, mango flan well flan with everything 😊
