You know the light turns off when your oven has reached the required temperature and is signaling you that it is the correct temperature to put your baking dish in, then it turns on again when the oven door is opened and loses heat or drops below your required heat so try to limit how long the door is open when putting your baking dish in. The light is controlled by the thermostat.

@@ngangaelizah740 That's totally normal , when the light is on that is to tell you that the oven hasn't reached the temperature you have set. When the light goes off that means you oven is now at the correct temperature to cook your dish. You may notice the light will come on if you open the door, that is to tell you the required temperature has dropped as some heat escapes every time the oven is opened while cooking. Hope that helps😀

that outlet below is used to protect the cable from heat....it's called a connector. Plus if the red socket is bad due to power, then there's a short circuit or problem with either the cooker, cable or Cb.

@@maxigirlfashionstyles5812 Depends on how the socket is made. Like in this case it can but IMO not advisable. Red switch for the cooker & the other one can be used for say water heater or something. Design-wise, outlet should support both cooker & socket load.

So I feel like an electric one will serve you well, a gas oven will also serve you but I think iyo kushinda umewasha and problem with temperature makes most ppl go for the electric one.
