Thanks Jacob. I work on one specific weakness every day for the month. Muscle-ups are my focus for the month of September so this will help me.

With these tips I got my muscle up done, thanks guys! My only problem is the chicken wing style, any tips how to get rid of that? Should I practise more from the box?

I think biggest issue with MU Is that i lift up straight.. Trying to MU with a slight slant but no bueno also my palms are wrecked..after getting to 10 and up they sting..and it makes me not hit my goal sadly Thanks for the tips guys.
