Shouldn't pretty much all non-tank supports that aren't enchanters, build like this? Like if ADC lock Draven and support Janna, he is expected to be the primary damage dealer. I don't understand how this changes if the support goes Lux instead. Janna CC/Shield/Slow with Q/E/W. So why can't Lux do the same with Q/W/E and build heal & shield power like Janna does? I don't think Morgana needs heal & shield power for her black shield, W is shit even with full AP, Q dmg is kinda decent. But why doesn't she just focus on haste and resistances, so she can be a Q bot and have the resistances to position more aggressively so the Qs are easier to land? I really don't get why she's built full AP in high elo, Draven wouldn't have needed her dmg if you went an enchanter or tank, the moment you lock Morgana, she has to go full AP or the Draven suddenly won't have the dmg to carry?

For the trade in fight + because ap gives u the best stats. Did u ever try a full shield cdr build? It's useless, because lux and morg (to quote ur example) don't have huge shield capacity. Janna and lulu are made to shield, if u build full ap on them, she would both be useless

But in general, u might want to build ap cause u dont trust ur adc in soloq. Imagine they can't kyte or they can't dmg enough, ur there to balance it and deals dmg (unless u take lulu...

Not for beginners though, you have to be good to roam like that and in most games you leave your ADC alone that long and its game over.

I actually do believe she may have hung out with someone. She does have a few actual fans.
