How to BART: Transfer from Berryessa/Millbrae-SFO train to Antioch train

How to transfer from a Berryessa/Millbrae train (Orange/Red line) to an Antioch train (Yellow line) at MacArthur station. This typically takes 5+ minutes but if you are like me and walk like there is no tomorrow + time it right, it takes just two minutes.

I have done that transfer but I have heared that doing Berryessa (Red Line Milbrae/ SFO) to Antioch should be done in 19th or 12th st.
