ACER support suggests to reset the battery with paper clip. There is a hole on the bottom of the laptop, located on left side above the sticker. At least on this concrete models ES1.

Thanks for the video I'm trying this useless piece of crap for my last year in college because my other useless piece of crap died on me last and the battery is dead since it wasn't touched for nearly 3 years.

спасибо, вынул сегодня вздувшуюся батарею из ES1-572, только шлейфы клавиатуры не отсоединял, только шлейф самой батареи и отклеил карточкой шлейф sd ридера, который был приклеен к батарее, ноут кстати прекрасно работает без батареи, пока буду искать какой-то аналог, надеюсь спустя столько лет найдется что-то...

Either you bent your ribbon cable or you need to install your trackpad drivers
