In our lives, we encounter numerous leaders who offer guidance on which path to follow and what actions to take. Before we assume leadership roles and take the responsibility of guiding and inspiring others, we should first strive to become leaders of our own lives. By doing so, we not only become capable of guiding ourselves but also gain the potential to serve as leaders for others, selflessly assisting and inspiring many more individuals along the way.
Becoming a leader comes, however, with its own challenges - knowing how to take good decisions and carry them out as intended, while aligning our thoughts, words and deeds cohesively.
