Saul, chosen by the people. David, chosen by God, after God's own heart.

OBEDIENCE IS BETTER THAN SACRIFICEI Samuel 15:22-23. It happens to David also this God said," I will remove a heart of stones in youu and i will give u a heart of flesh. Eze 36:26 God give David a heart that can feel. David received temporary punishment from God his son died equivalent to the death of Urias .how it feels the death of dear ones How Urias Father felt when his son died. Then God remember David his pain was enough. God bless David and Batsheba God gave them a son God anointed son named Solomon which He gaved wisdom God apointed Solomon to built his temple of tabernacle its King Davids dream but God choose King Solomon to build HIS temple

Anyone else find it difficult to love god, when he basically says that if you don’t love me, I’ll allow you to burn in hell forever? I wonder if Christian dating should follow the same example?….”hey, Butkus is in charge here, if you don’t date me, I’ve allowed him to torture you with fire indefinitely… say yes to me… or else!”

Simple just look at Captain America to find the true meaning of a Man after God's own heart. Not a perfect soldier but a good man

I have enjoyed your witnessing the Word of God in recent time past. My only question be to you and many other Sunday day worshippers is, How can one say that they are a Man after God's own heart, when they will not, and do not keep His 10 Commandments? 9 our 10, many of us may be found trying to live in compliance. It's obeying the Sabbath that most have a problem with. Many have been, and continue to be taught that it's okay to over look the Sabbath when Yeshua (Jesus) didn't remove these Commandments. It's not about keeping the law in regards to these particular Commandments. As Our Father relates "If we love Him then we will keep His commandments." Which, are different from the over 600 laws of Moses that Yeshua took upon Himself defeating satan and death upon the cross and successful Resurrection provided by God. Just wanted to know from any perspective, how can we consider ourselves as having the heart of God when we won't apply His Commandments? Not some, but ALL ten?

Romans 14 As for the one who is weak in faith, welcome him, but not to quarrel over opinions. One person believes he may eat anything, while the weak person eats only vegetables. Let not the one who eats despise the one who abstains, and let not the one who abstains pass judgment on the one who eats, for God has welcomed him. Who are you to pass judgment on the servant of another? It is before his own master that he stands or falls. And he will be upheld, for the Lord is able to make him stand. (One person esteems one day as better than another, while another esteems all days alike. Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind.) The one who observes the day, observes it in honor of the Lord. The one who eats, eats in honor of the Lord, since he gives thanks to God, while the one who abstains, abstains in honor of the Lord and gives thanks to God. For none of us lives to himself, and none of us dies to himself. For if we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord's. For to this end Christ died and lived again, that he might be Lord both of the dead and of the living. Why do you pass judgment on your brother? Or you, why do you despise your brother? For we will all stand before the judgment seat of God; for it is written, “As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.” So then each of us will give an account of himself to God. Therefore let us not pass judgment on one another any longer, but rather decide never to put a stumbling block or hindrance in the way of a brother. I know and am persuaded in the Lord Jesus that nothing is unclean in itself, but it is unclean for anyone who thinks it unclean. For if your brother is grieved by what you eat, you are no longer walking in love. By what you eat, do not destroy the one for whom Christ died. So do not let what you regard as good be spoken of as evil. For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking but of righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. Whoever thus serves Christ is acceptable to God and approved by men. So then let us pursue what makes for peace and for mutual upbuilding. Do not, for the sake of food, destroy the work of God. Everything is indeed clean, but it is wrong for anyone to make another stumble by what he eats. It is good not to eat meat or drink wine or do anything that causes your brother to stumble. The faith that you have, keep between yourself and God. Blessed is the one who has no reason to pass judgment on himself for what he approves. But whoever has doubts is condemned if he eats, because the eating is not from faith. For whatever does not proceed from faith is sin.

I'd say Mark 12:30 and you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength. I got saved about last march and since I got to feel God's love, several months later, it's the best feeling ever. It's even hard not to follow His laws. But then remember that the law came through Moses but Grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. A man can't just follow the law blindly, love God and everything else just follows. Amen

How did saul fall out of gods favor? As far as David's path of repentance goes well heck then im the worst type of human there is. Lmafo!

Saul was unrepentant. Samuel legit came to him multiple times and Saul, instead of taking responsibility, blamed everyone and everything else other than himself. He was also never the one God desired to have rule his people. He (God) wanted to rule his people. However, The Lord God would raise up a root... and from that root, a vine. A vine by which man might partake of and be healed. Now, and forever. Maranatha- maranatha.
