Great video, thanks. I'm 46 years old, married, no children with a intense career in Cyber. My hours can be a little wacky depending what's going on, which makes it hard to keep a routine. Instead, I have daily "morning" or "evening" habits that I try to adhere to everyday. I also delegate as much as possible. I use grocery delivery services to save time. I'll also stack habits, such as listening to audio books or podcasts while doing housework, getting mandatory training done while working out, and spot-clean my bathroom when I use it. The crockpot is also a lifesaver.
