For anyone out there who needs this advice: get a basic household tool set. It doesn't have to be fancy, it doesn't have to be expensive. They sell them on walmart, amazon etc. But something that includes an adjustable wrench, a hammer, a few screwdrivers. Just the basics so you can do some small things around the house( change porch light, put together ikea furniture).

Trickle charger for your car battery. If it gets really cold that can drain the battery. Since you just replaced the battery it should be good. You could try checking the battery voltage after driving to see if it is stayimg charged if not the altenator could be going. Most auto part stores are able to check battery health at no cost
