How to be a Referee

Don't the ref always piss you off? How many times haven't you told your mates that you would be a much better ref than the tosser in black running around on the pitch? Well, if you follow this recipe, YOU might get the opportunity to be the boss of the field! Make sure you look like a fool, make useless decisions, and act like an arrogant bastard! Maybe you are the next Howard Webb, Pierluigi Collina, or , ehrm, Tom Henning Øvrebø!
