Alhamdulillah for Islam and it’s infectious ways I have stopped smoking, stopped listening to music almost completely, don’t argue as much, I’m happier, more focused, more disciplined, etc. In all I am just a better version of myself and it was all natural and effortless that is the beauty of it all. I never said, “I need to stop these things” just naturally as days go on and I grow closer to Allah I want to listen to more of these lectures and read more and turn old habits into new ones.
