Imma keep it buck the only to be this shifty is either because you were smaller as a kid and had to learn moves or someone important in your life was training you when younger he said his brother use to train him everyday. Im shifty myself because I was smaller as a young buck so I had to learn quick moves but good info.

@@BehindTheHypeAthleticsThanks I saw, next week I will start testing it, not all drills, as I have bad dribbling still. I am 6 months in basketball only. I am tall (5'7) and strong physicly but i need work on dribbling and shitness. I have fastest running speed in the team, but I am not flexible and shifty. I just turned 12. Thanks again

I’m still was/am this shifty or at least almost. It’s the only way I could ever beat people off the bounce consistently. I wasn’t that tall nor was I super fast. It was really my only option. Then when I became faster and more athletic, that’s when I just went to a different level but I can’t say it’s something I learned. I wouldn’t even be able to teach it.
