Also correction, this is a misconception among some Muslims. Red color for men is permissible to wear but it is better to not wear it, according to Islam because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade doing so. It is makroohe tanzeehi (undesirable) to wear red for a man, which means it is better not wear it but if someone wears it , he would not be called as a sinner.

Halim I can grow a beard but I got really bad testosterone so the sides dont connect properly so I always cut it into a goatee , is this still permissible? I know you shouldn't trim the beard but it looks really ugly if I don't cut it into a goatee.

In my opinion, you can. You literally cannot grow a beard yet , so you really dont have to keep it growing and patchy. If one person had 5 hairs across his beard area would he have to let them grow because its beard hair? No. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) always taught to be hygienic and clean, and when you can grow a beard then you must. When you cannot then in my opinion some facial hair is better than none i.e. goatee

Salam u'alikum, I had the same issue as you brother. I started to use jamaican caster oil to promote beard growth, and I put it on the forelocks of my hair just to not let my hair fade away into a receding hairline. Jamaican caster oil promotes hair growth and healthy hair, it keeps it moisturized and its proven to grow your hair into a thick, and coarse texture. It took me 1 and a half years of consistency to make it happen. I would put it on me before I went to bed and I started to see amazing results from it. Now, if you want it to grow faster, but there will be some side effects depending from person to person. My friends have used it and it works spectacularly as well, it's called Rogaine. There's a chemical in the product that's called minoxidil, which it's proven by all medical professionals to promote hair growth and beard growth in 6 months time. That will be more effective if you are trying to get that beard to connect. Hope that helps!

Really like u mentioned diet. U think with your mind, gut and heart. Gymnastic rings wood 3mm grip + Barefoot running on natural grass field will "Shake" off the Innflamation. As u know: walking barefoot from time to time is SUNNAH. I "look" better when I quit the gym. Sitting machines, stationary exercises is not to apply on a lifestyle of 2 much sitting from before!. Here are some corrections: Most of the scholars went to wearing being halal and even the other take is that It's just makkroh and not haram Also most of the scholars said that showering every friday is mustahab not wajib + saying that you need to shower everyday is actually insane. Not just that this action have been never noticed by any of the sahaba or tabeen but also It's like really bad for your skin (wuduh is enough) Also, every food is Allah's creation even the "man made" and most of what you called "natural food" is genetically modified and made by sellective breeding and It's fine. Even a lot of the original naturel food is uneatable, just look at the original corn or eggplant So, I suggest taking more time to research about the scholary opinions on the topics and suggestions you say (or scientific research if you talked about a scientific think other than Islam sciences).
