I would like to suggest you a book I’m currently reading “BEAUTY SICKNESS” Amazing book on this topic. It will make you realise the beauty of Allah’s plan. He commanded us to cover ourselves. So that us and the world doesn’t treat us on the way we look (our appearance)

Many a times, it's not us, but people shame us about our looks, something we do not have control on. I just want to ask those people: Who do you blame? Us? For not "choosing" the prettiest mold? As if we were given options? Or, you blame Allah? For not molding us properly?

yet we should work hard on our fitness, which is in our hand btw, to become the best version of ourselves with going to the gym and eating a healthy diet e.g. there is so much room for improvement but many of us decide to indulge in our comfort - sadly. having a big nose for example is no big deal, but staying fat or skinny is unacceptable imo (unless there is a medical reasoning, but let's be honest 99% it is being used as a false excuse) since it is in our power to change that Allah has created us perfectly and we disrespect the art by getting out of shape, isnt that disrespectful? i think we're doing our creator and our bodies justice by taking good care of them via a healthy lifestlye

i had absolutely no problem with how i looked but I've been body shamed so bad from such a young age by people around me to the point that i now think im completely unlovable. i know Allah has made us all beautiful, absolutely no flaw in his creation. but shaytaan keeps using my past trauma of being bodyshamed and is using it to make me not feel like a lovable person anymore :((

Nah bro honestly, just know that if you stare at a mirror and search for imperfections you will find them. But also keep in mind no is gonna go out of their way to search for imperfections. As for being body shamed, it can be changed with your diet and workout (That's if you want to invest the time and energy) other than that we are all beautiful in our own ways.

I Don't have any problem with my look.but people around me 🙂 The way they say all the time I am not pretty It's hurt.I know It's not right but now days I feel jealous whenever I see someone pretty. I just want to hide somewhere 🙂 I know I should be greatful to Allah for lots of things but nowdays I feel so insecure about my look,lack of confidence, lack of brain.It's so hard to love myself. I listen quran everytime I feel frustrated hope I someday I will get out of it. I’m not handsome but Alhamdu Lillah I’m happy the way Allah made me, even my height I’m happy with it. There is a purpose Allah made everyone differently! Beauty of a human being is just a test, people who are beautiful no matter what gender they act like no one else is valuable other than them, and when those people who are beautiful see someone more beautiful they get jealous! Why? They have no appreciation on them, being happy by how one person is the best. Sister beauty is subjective. It is as if you ask people what's their favorite color, some would reply black, some red, some pink, some green, and someone like me would say crimson. Similarly, if I ask a number of people, especially men, about who they find beautiful, their responses, contrary to the popular beliefs, would be very different. Many men would say a good nose + big eyes is what they find beautiful. Many would say they like women of such and such color, and someone like me would say the eyes is what I find the most beautiful about a woman's outward appearance. So, please do not take their responses for absolute. It is just their opinion, and their opinion is garbage. So, stand tall sister! You have people who love you for who you are.

(সহীহ বুখারী ৭:৬৯:৫৩৮) ৫) নবীজি বলেন,"জাহান্নামের আগুণ আল্লাহর কাছে অভিযোগ করল,"হে আমার প্রতিপালক, আমার বিভিন্ন অংশ পরস্পরকে খেয়ে ফেলছে!সুতরাং,তিনি জাহান্নামকে দুইবার শ্বাস নেয়ার অনুমতি দিলেন,একটি শীতকালে (প্রশ্বাস), অন্যটি গ্রীষ্মকালে (নিঃশ্বাস)! এবং এটাই (গ্রীষ্মকলে) প্রখর গরম ও (শীতিকালে) তীব্র শীতের কারণ! (সহীহ বুখারী ৪:৫৪:৪৮২) ৬) নবীজি বলেন,"আল্লাহ হাচি পছন্দ করেন এবং হাই তোলা অপছন্দ করেন! (সহীহ বুখারী ৮:৭৩:২৪২) ৭) নবীজি বলেন,"ভাল স্বপ্ন আসে আল্লাহ থেকে আর দুঃস্বপ্ন আসে শয়তান থেকে!কেউ যদি দুঃস্বপ্ন দেখে তার উচিত আল্লাহর কাছে আশ্রয় চাওয়া ও বাম দিকে থুথু নিক্ষেপ করা,কারণ এতে দুঃস্বপ্ন তার কোন ক্ষতি করতে পারবেনা। (সহীহ বুখারী ৯:৮৭:১১৫) ৮) আব্দুল্লাহ বর্ণিত:এক লোক নবীজির কাছে এসে বলল,সে সকাল পর্যন্ত ঘুমিয়েছে এবং নামায আদায় করতে পারেনি!!নবীজি বললেন:শয়তান তার কানে প্রস্রাব করে দিয়ে চলে গিয়েছে! (সহীহ বুখারী ২:২১:২৪৫) ৯) নবীজি বলেন,"তোমরা সুর্যদ্বয় ও সুর্যাস্তের সময় নামায আদায় করোনা,কারণ সুর্য শয়তানের মাথার দুইপ্রান্তের মধ্যখান দিয়ে উদিত হয়। (সহীহ বুখারী ৪:৫৪:৪৯৪) ১০) নবীজি বলেন,,"যে ব্যক্তি প্রতি সকালে ৭ টি আজওয়া খেজুর খায়,তার ওপর বিষ ও জাদু কোন প্রভাব ফেলতে পারেনা! @@asiyaasaeed8437 fat and healthy is a contradiction. And this is not fat phobia. Allah has blessed us with good health, and we’re encouraged to live a healthy lifestyle. We’re responsible for our health and we will be questioned for it. So no, it’s not okay to be fat because it comes with long term illnesses. And you’re talking about a small proportion of people who have genetic disposition or physically unable to lose weight. That’s a different story. But majority of us, including the Muslims, are sucked in by the western way of lives and not only do they become obese, unhealthy and unhappy, they are beginning to lose their iman… their islam. May Allah guide you and I.
