Getting promotion fast depends on company and requirement of officers, good ownership companies with high facilities give slow promotions , guys looking for promotion , not bothering on facilities,wifi can seek management companies and will get faster promotion

Very nice videos...and very fast time line from cadet to Master. It's tough to get to the top fast...I know...I did it in 7 years Joined as cadet in 2000 and got my Command in 2007. Funny I too sailed on a Thames...MOL THAMES Fastest Container ship in the year 2001😊
