Actually Anglo management are smart in Manipulating innocent seafarers and their family. In this type of cases reptued company management never gives new contract to Captain until the dispute isn't resolved. Why did Anglo Eastern give new contract to this Captain? All these facts raise questions on Anglo Eastern policy?

These so called influencers are supporting their Brother- Captain because they are worried about the fact that the Inocent people who were holding them in high esteem on social media will come to know the reality of Indian(read asian) Captains and therefore their Image of being HERO on social media might become a big ZERO ! Ask a Seafarer from any country, and he will not hesitate to say that majority of the Indian Captains are Selfish, Egoistic, and Self-centered. Nevertheless, shipping companies like such people because they act as their best YES MAN on board , who will go to any length to please the company by resorting to dirty tactics. It was really surprising when one of them was thanking another Goat-Bearded Captain ( from our enemy country) for taking his sides and endorsing his opinion on the Shivam case.

Hi Aanchal, I've been watching your videos for sometime now and wish I could help you. I'm a seafarer myself and like you I've been fighting with certain companies and this whole system. I must say that if not all then trust me almost 90% of Indian seafarers are SPINELESS. For a few hundred dollars they can ruin someone's life, career or anything. I'm an officer and I can guarantee you on this. What you are doing is a great job. Nobody dares to fight with the giants like Anglo. Simple reason being they buy you outright. Be it any department. I took matters even to the PM's office but unfortunately he doesn't have time for us the seafarers cos we might not be a vote bank for him. You keep fighting and I hope and pray from the bottom of my heart that you bring these guys down on their knees otherwise our lives are never important to anyone. Be it the politicians or anybody for that matter. All the best for your future endeavours and keep the faith alive while I keep fighting my own battle with some of these companies. Try to contact with crew members who are on the ship with shivam they definately aware of the situation. See on ship there are limited people working together so it is not possible to hide anything someone from the crew knows about the truth. Try to fetch the names and details of fellow crew members and contact them . Before joining ship company provides the details of all persons who are travelling to join ship so if you have shivam baggage with you search it may be you will find anything. Sorry to hear about shivam as i am also ex seaman from ghaziabad.
