@@Dirt47 i swear. I bought this game a month and some ago. I learned the basics withing 8 hours and became SL at 20 and now at 200 i feel like a lot of people with 2k hours haven't got the slightest clue what and why to do things.

You made the worst map in the game look kinda fun to play.

You're not being "effective". You have a 9 man squad off point and the value you added was 3 missile shots which killed 0 vehicles before you ran out of ammo. Meanwhile your 9 men off point is 1/4 of your team's infantry strength. Even worse, your team only had one fast logi and the rest were slow logis. You wasted your team's one fast logi truck to build a pointless TOW fob off point, instead of getting a team spawn set up on the actual defense point. As a result your team quickly died off and your flag was lost. Your bad decisions single handedly caused your team to lose the 1st flag. In this game it usually takes multiple people making bad decisions to cause a bad outcome. This is one of the rare cases where one person's bad decisions screwed the team. Fortunately the other SLs on your team were able to salvage the match on the subsequent flags.

Most of the times the commander doesn’t get action he needs to coordinate 50 people let alone engage a single infantry man. Not an easy job . Never a static battlefield you never know how the enemy is gonna adapt.
