The main thing that keeps me motivated when I'm really struggling to feel like things are worth doing is a little bracelet I have that says "have the courage to exist." It's from a quote by one of my favorite people who inspires me and reminds me that just by being alive right now and being here in this moment, I am strong and I am powerful. It's a simple little thing with just five words on it but they really speak to me and remind me why I keep going when it's tough, so my favorite tip here was definitely the one about the motivational quotes. They can seem cheesy and unrealistic, but if you find one that speaks to you and really means a lot to you personally, it really can help a lot.

I have a study hack ! If you don't have to do list notepad then : Take paper ,cut in rectangle just fold it in half until you get your size and cut them then clip with a paper clip on top . And done!
