It was such a wonderful video. Ultimately we have to follow these steps: 1. Be present-minded 2. Take participation in social gatherings. 3. Be more productive, think, and observe others. 4. Become careless and speak 5. get out of your comfort zone.

About 20 minutes ago, walking home, some kid from across the street shouted to me "Do you want some chicken lad?" As I am Black of course. Then I tried to ignore it, and noticed yet again I was too slow to respond. Upon reflecting, I could of shouted back and said " I'm vegetarian" lol I should of. So thank you for the video and tips. I really want to work on my wit.

I have an upcoming appearance on Shark Tank and although it was awesome, I think being more quick witted would have made the experience even more fun. @@SocialConfidenceMastery it’s always been a lifelong thing yes, sometimes I wonder if change is possible when you’re so low on energy and unmotivated all the time
@shcxatter2 Жыл бұрын
@@Libbeeee it is possible, but there are so many ways to address depression that it would take ages to discuss here. So here's a couple of things that will get you started on your journey out of this hole: 1. Meet new people, even when it's uncomfortable. 2. Get a hold of your emotions, and anxiety - meditation, physical exercise, develop skills. 3. People which can help - Mooji, David Hawkins, Eckhart Tolle, Esther Perel 4. Stop watching porn, stop eating shit food, stop compulsive consumption of media content - it makes you a permanent consumer, and never a doer. 5. To hell with social media. 6. When you start getting a hold of yourself, don't get lazy, keep on doing all these stuff or otherwise the bad will come back with a vengeance. 7. If you have the opportunity, go to a place where no one knows you, it'll be much easier for you. 8. If you have the money or need, fix your physical appearance - clothes, grooming, figure out how you look best. 9. Replace the useless garbage you're watching on the internet with something at least useful, if you have any particular social groups in mind, watch what they're watching, then you'll have common starting point on jokes. 10. Just don't give a flying fuck about what your mind is screaming to you in social situations, people have their own problems and no one gives a damn about what you did after 30 second flat. 11. To counteract the bad feeling from your failures in the beginning(they're inevitable), when you do something dumb or not the way you wanted it to be, just say it, say how you feel, own the fact that you're socially inept, and people will encourage you. If there's something else, ask.
@onepieceguy2659 Жыл бұрын
@@Libbeeee Sure change is possible. But if youre depressed then you should work on that first. There are some great psychotherapists on youtube, if you want to get into that. It surely doesnt replace a psychotherapy, but it helps nonetheless ^^ Depressed people often think that they cant get better, but evidence shows that its definitely possible
