cubers who are barely sub 20 can't even look ahead properly... Tracking pieces is more like a new thing to them and pretty much not even possible. I'm sub 15 with a few sub 10 solves and several sub 12 solves and only my fast solves I was able to track pieces. If people who are just about sub 20 understood everything and was able to do what he was saying they wouldn't be just about sub 20 ,they would at least be sub 12 or sub 10 consistently...

I'm a white yellow guy. At this point about 5-6 months in I'm still learning a lot. I'm half way thru my olls and trying to spend time on f2l lookahead. I think I'd wait till I wasn't so deep it it. From the start for colour N. Is the way to go. Hoping for a sub 20 in the next month. Main issue I have is Rubik's wrist so it restricts my time on the cube 🥺

This definitely is more of the max park path that plays to the strengths of tps and look ahead. I think for the majority of people it’ll definitely be the way to go and at the end of the day everyone is going to need a big measure of this alone to get fast. However, I also think there’s a good chunk of people like me that struggle in the tps department and I think for that’s where the advanced stuff starts to become more useful earlier. This was a good reminder though that I need to just be better at my look ahead and LL tps haha

Jayden McNeill said to try to use as little table abuse as possible. Feliks Zemdegs and Seung Hyuk Nahm both use cube rotating into the air with only minimally using table abuse. I got second place in my last OH competition, and for me, using as little table abuse and rotating in the air is the same speed as using table abuse, and rotating in the air makes lookahead a little easier. I recommend trying to use as little table abuse when rotating. Those are my 2 cents. Good luck!

And becuase you did the solves with basic stuff but with super fast TPS I dont think so many of us will be able to achieve under 10.
