About a year ago, i started placing my phone on do not disturb nightly, from 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. It's one of the best boundaries I put in place. I have a list of people who can get through to me in case of an emergency. Other than that, I'll talk to others the next day

@margieprillman yeah I know cause I put my phone to 10pm-7pm and it makes a difference, I missed some foolish calls, it keeps me calm to fall asleep, and yes I have the 5 or so very important people in my favorites.

I have no problem calling out bad behaviour and putting boundaries in place. I do however find it annoying that the other person tries to gaslight by implying you “can’t handle a joke” or “your too sensitive “ 🙂
