Thank you so much for this video. Those tips are definitely very useful. I see so many things that trigger me. Knowing it and dealing with it greatly helps with the purification process. That mental cage we have is an interesting thing. It is very uncomfortable to try to break that cage, and at the same time, even much more uncomfortable and painful is to be in there. What is interesting also that cage bars are invisible and you know about those bars only when you get too close to them (when something triggers us). It can make you anxious, angry, sad, nervous, or stressed. Being close to those bars is a painful experience, so we step back. However, to get through is not as hard as it looks. Just push the cage bar, and it's gone. It's very painful but easier than we think. The hardest thing is to get that courage to do it. Fear of the pain is what controls us. But once you dealt with one bar, then it's getting easier to deal with the next one, and then the next one and so on. As you said, curiosity is what helps us deal with those triggers. Be curious about what is next and what is here in front of you. Life will send you challenges and events that will disturb you deep inside. Just need to remember that everything is for our good 👌
