I have a question, why did God allow Job to be tested/punished by satan? Why did a righteous, just and, all knowing God, allow satan to test, what God Himself deemed to be a just man? This is just something I'm struggling with atm, I know by all means I am not just, or righteous apart from Christ Jesus our Lord, I would just like a different perspective and insight. We don’t know all the answers, but we know that our love for God can be seen when we suffer and still worship Him. God is good even in our most difficult days. Almost all of the apostles were martyrs too. Our rewards are in heaven. This life is short.

I’m desperate to have a joyful loving relationship with Jesus Christ. I’m quite old now, but did grow up believing without doubt that God gave his only begotten son up for our salvation. But I’m feeling a fear based life is what I’m living even had a miracle last June or I believe Christ stood in front of me telling me you are good enough. I was good enough for him. It was a tremendous experience I called a miracle. I guess it was a vision. I’ve been in tears almost all day. Praying that I don’t have to live this fear-based life. I’ve put on myself. I don’t know why. I don’t know why I can’t let it go to Jesus, have Him lifted off my shoulders. I truly believe that he is the son of God that he died on the cross to save us and was resurrected. I believe that whole heartedly. I want to be joyous no matter what is going on in my life. I know it’s possible as all is possible with Jesus Christ! I prayed the prayer. Sorry for writing this.
