Summary - Take power of your life , Do whatever you do with chill mind and find usefulness in it (do it in your way) You can fake confidence there is no difference .. just on the switch ! Practise speaking actively. Mark on calendar upcoming happiness points. Key to happy life is having something to do , someone to love & something to look upto.

I do notice, pursuing happiness usually lead to unhappy result. although I agree money can sometimes buy out unhappiness. However, unhappiness is inevitable, but learn to quietly live with it is key to recover.

How to not think about the future if you have urgent bills to pay but little to no money?

@@chichaos In December last year I decided to change my lifestyle because it didn't worked for me anymore.I had made a list with what made me unhappy and I need to change.I didn't worry what will happen if will not work out !I had one month time to move out from my house without having any options and just one month money aside(salary),I quit my job due to much stress without any other offer and I was financial broke due to some bad decisions in my life.,budgeting money just for food.I had faith that everything will be ok in my life and I was right.I didn't worry that the bank will send me letters because I didn't pay back money or that I might sleep on streets(sound extreme ,I know).I was thinking that the bank will not kill me or sleeping under the sky and if that will happen(worse case scenario) I will be able to pull everything out because I am a healthy and determinated person that wants to turn his life around. The job offer came after couple of weeks ,better wage and less stressful with supportive colleague;I have a place where I live now where is near to my job, cheap and a peaceful area and with the bank we made a plan together to pay the money back and they understood my situation. Today I am enjoying my cup of coffee in the morning without stress in my life! Its was a journey with ups and downs but now is stable and I found peace and balance in my life.Today I am learning and researching to start my own side hustle so one day I will have my own business running. What I can say for you is to learn to have Faith because no one will take your life if you do couple of mistakes and if you are alive and healthy you can pull yourself out from any bad situation!

This is the epitome of The KZbinrs (creator's) filming them selfs in a mind state that is in jammed out session like you two did. I was a dyslexic student in high school but if schools made it fun like students got to create their own KZbin creative presentations on themselves and do some collaborations with their favorite teachers and classmates to do school projects, then the schools would probably see more involvement with students getting engaged with their approach with their own learning. But it's just my theory. But Ali and Lana y'all have what KZbin is made of such great presence
