There was a similar plane spawn camp in Battlefield Vietnam. The Khe Sanh map had a US base, I used to hide behind a fence at the runway and RPG the Phantom jets as they spawned. Was also able to camp at the far end of the runway and destroy the planes with a mortar.

T-Bag, if you want to bayonet charge people, use the MP34 on medic, it’s basically an MP40 with a bayonet charge. In fact it was the predecessor to the MP38 which would later become the MP40. Make use of the combat medic perk set to get the increased melee range, and sprint speed at low health. It helps a lot.
