Thank you for sharing such a well explained beading tutorial! I have been wanting to learn beading for years, and this tutorial really gave me the confidence to start! This is so well explained, I feel like I understand exactly what I'm supposed to do with lanyards (the thing I wanted to learn most). Such a well done video! I can't wait to watch more and learn from you. Again, thank you!

Wanda Richardson, you are not the only one, in my bead wrapping I have gaps. Unwind try again, unwind try again. Not getting it tight enough, my needle comes off. It looks easy the way she does it. Fingers are uncoordinated, hard to wrap and twist the cord at the same time and keep the beads tight in a row. . Think I’ll focus on technique and not try to make anything until I have practiced. Holy cow.

Beading is not for everyone. It runs in my family. Passamaquoddy footsteps and in my mother’s footsteps on Facebook. It’s not my work but it’s my grandmothers and moms. I’ve been beading since I was 5

Any tips on how to keep it tight? I feel like im not doing a good job at wrapping it and then the beads just fall down the string and loosen up again..
@taylormyers44674 жыл бұрын
Maybe do less beads 🤔 like 25 instead of 50. I haven't made one yet but I was thinking of just trying with that instead for the tightness reason.

Thank you for this video! Because of this video I stopped spending money on beaded wristlets and laynards, two days ago I made my first wristlet with no problem because of this video! I'm so happy with the outcome, yesterday I made my first laynard, it took 5 hours in one sitting, my wristlets I made took 2 and a half to 3 hours my first try. How long does it take you to make a wristlet/lanyard? Does it ever get easier time wise lol. Thank you! I've already sold 2 :)

Where do you buy your beads? I bought some from Amazon, Micheal’s and local store all these places the beads are uneven and stuck together. Also I bought size 11/0 glass seed beads and all my beads are spaced out and you can see the cord underneath.
