For all you Red Pill guys out there: Approaching women is a key skill that every man needs to develop. I've been hearing that approaching women is "beta" but the only thing beta is a man who is too scared to approach. As he said "are you really going let those 10-15 seconds (of approach) stop you from growing?". Guys who rationalize approaching as "low status" are scrubs.

Cold approach is for people like us who don't get picked and also is a great way to learn to talk to girls if you're lacking in that department(like me),red pill teaches men how to get picked(by being HVM), there is a reason guys like stephiscold, ams is cold are not advocates for cold approach coz its easier for them to get picked compared to the average guy

29:30 is huge. He talks about why he's settling down with his chick. Once a man has experienced many women, he'll eventually arrive at this point. A successful/focused man will want a solid women who can bring value to him, hold him down, while he builds a business and stability for his life.

"I feel this changed my mindset and perspective on talking to women, I read it on a forum: A guy was asking for advice on how to get better at talking to women, and people used the word practice "It bothers and annoys, enrages me a lot when people use the word practice, because the way I see it, for women, there is no such thing as practicing talking to men, because women's lives are on autopilot when it comes to talking to men since puberty, due to all of the constant attention they've been getting since then, women are forced to, have no choice but to learn how to talk to men, and they gain it right away by doing nothing since they don't have to open their mouth first" Very bang on and dead on there.

It’s crazy that me and David have had the same problem. I’m a sophomore and I’m going into tryouts for basketball after an up and down freshman year cause of performance anxiety. I’ve gained confidence since my skill set was better playing in scrimmages with the varsity and starting jv guys. But, my confidence goes up and down in the season so my performance goes up and down. So, it was nice to hear that a guy a watch has gone through the EXACT same problem and how to fix it. Great video bro!

The slight edge is a great book about keeping the small disciplines, doing the things that are easy to do but also easy to NOT do, You should always do these things if they pertain to your goals. Take for instance reading 10 pages from a book a day, its easy to read 10 pages a day but also easy to say i don't want to read today, choosing to read would be performing THE SLIGHT EDGE, doing the little things day in day out to help attain your idea of happiness... keep grinding fellas! When you want to quit remember why you started.

Great content in this video. Regarding women, my opinion is that the truth is somewhere in the middle. There is no strategy in this world that can apply to every single guy and work out. This is because humans are complex and what works for one it may not work for another. The best way to deal with women, first of all, is to be READY for them. I saw some comments here saying that if a guy is looking for signals from a woman he is insecure and a loser. I cannot agree. Maybe he is just not ready, maybe he had some bad things going on in his life and last thing he needs is a rejection from a woman. Of course, you need to have courage as man, maybe it's the most important attribute that a man can have, along dignity, but trying to avoid a rejection in a tough moment of your life may actually be a wise thing to do. You just need to see where you stand at that moment in your life. For one who hits the jack pot with 20 - 30 women in a short time, a rejection doesn't mean much. It's all about the place where you stand, like I've said. And if you're in a bad place, you're not ok with your life, angry and frustrated, don't bother with women till things get better and you have a clear mind, because you won't get anything good from this. Especially with women this days, I hear it all the time lately, they are looking for "good vibes". They won't listen and won't care about you and your life, it's all about what you can give them. And unfortunately, most of the women think like this, it's in their nature. That's why you need to be mentally ready and accept this, meet more women till you find the right one for you, that listens and cares about you, and like David said, brings value to your life.

Rejection is good because it helps your game get sharper and more refined. The way I dealt with rejection and it actually increased my game with women was approaching the situation with the mindset of “well all she can do is say no. And that mindset actually makes you comfortable with being told no so u automatically don’t get offended and take it hard when u do get shot down. U can’t take rejection personal.

Regarding the gym and expectations, if you are a complete beginner you will start to notice both strength and aesthetic results within 1 to 2 months. But like most things in life, as you reach higher levels it gets harder to make gains. If you are a very big male 200 lbs, simply losing weight like 20 lbs will make you look like you been working out for a long time but it's hard to sustain that weight. It takes years of consistency to build a physique. I would also encourage everyone who is serious about that fitness journey to hire a coach who has the knowledge to create customized programs for you throughout the years because you should be changing your workouts every month to 3 months to continue to optimize progress. In the beginning suboptimal training is very forgiving but once you got the basics down you are going to have to level up your approach and your routine has to be that much more specific and planned for you to reach new levels.

Personally I felt like I really started to notice serious results after about 3 years. I've been working out for just over a decade now.
