I want to genuinely thank you for your videos. This video in particular (and all the others of course) were the key strategy I used in my custody trial. I let her talk. I let her speak and her narcissism shined like the sun in that courtroom. I finally got custody of my children. Once I realized she was a narcissist and watched your videos, all I had to do was sit back and let her speak. Then ask pointed questions that would allow her to answer in her narcissistic nature. 2 years of fighting and I finally have my children back. I cannot thank you enough. God Bless you.

I used to work for a law firm and I learned quite a bit just being a back up receptionist and doing clerical work. When going to Family Court, you want to go in with the intentions of what is in the child’s best interest. Is there anything the other parent is doing that could possibly be putting the child in a dangerous situation. If so, you write a declaration and you provide exhibit if you have any exhibit of evidence to prove what those things might be. Do you want to stick to fax? You always want to say our child. You never want to go to court and say my child. You also have to be practical. Sometimes doing things like willingly taking coparenting classes or going to see a counselor, our good exhibit to attach to a declaration that you write. Remember, it’s always about what’s in the child’s best interest. You can always look at rcw’s‘s in local laws regarding children. This is an about who wins. This is about protecting your children and making sure that you do what’s in the child’s best interest. For instance, I’m going to court against my son’s dad. In it, I understand that my son and his father need to have a bond together so I would like to have them build that bond, but his dad has a history of drinking alcohol and even comes to visitations and consumes alcohol and marijuana during visitations. So I am asking the courts to suggest having my sons dad do a drug and alcohol evaluation with collateral contacts and to comply with whatever the evaluation considerations come back as, once he does that, then the visitations can be unsupervised for however, long I put on the parenting plan. And then, after a certain amount of time, the visitations can grow even more to overnights. I also implement it as a suggestion, if the courts do not think a drug and alcohol evaluation is in our son’s best interest that they make it known to my sons dad that he is not allowed to consume marijuana or alcohol, or any substances prior or during visitations. It’s good to make things as suggestions for what you think is in the child’s best interest rather than demanding that the courts do something.

I understand flight and fight. Even if you start out in flight, to avoid conflict or try to work out a reasonable solution, it doesn’t always work with a narcissist who doesn’t respect boundaries, lies or falsely accuses you of things. A narcissistic person is deceitful and manipulative. They lie, steal cheat and do behind the scene things, and twist the truth and accuse you of the things they are guilty of. Some tie you down in unnecessary legal fees for problems they caused and cause more harm. When corruption is involved in the court system, sometimes your rights are violated and you aren’t even given an opportunity to defend yourself. Your left hopeless at a repeated cycle of abuse. That’s why I’m learning how to become a sniper, “hypothetically” Learning patience. Learning to avoid triggers and not make unnecessary moves. Thanks for the advice.

I just found your channel and right away I have a question I've been asking for months with no answer. Why do most judges not see a narcissist even when it's obvious with their lies and demeanor in court? In my exclusion case my narcissistic husband lied at least 10 times, he lied in order to get me out of the house, he lied to the drs in the hospital, he lies in court and we've proven every one of his lies with evidence because he did not cover his own tracks. Why don't judges understand that mental abuse alters our brains, that we can't stop reacting to their provocations, that after months of sleep deprivation, hundreds of provoked fights and arguments we snap at some point and that is when they get us like mine got me? The judge didn't even wanted to listen to any of it! He was preparing for it for months and I also have proof, but nobody cares! Why doesn't anybody understand? Why does he get to stay in the marital home and I am the one who has to move away and start a new life at 62? Why do I have to travel back home for court and he just travels for fun nonstop for months? Why I have to pay for everything from measly temp maintenance and he has to do nothing, pay for nothing, he has it all. Why is he controlling my money and pays me whenever he wants after days of my atty reminding him? Why is the system so ignorant and unjust? How can we get judges to understand our situation and help us instead of helping narcs to keep abusing and controlling us? 6 months I could not get my clothes from my home, 6 months and nobody cares. My pet is with the sitter caged up for 5 months because he keeps controlling everything. As soon as I ask for something the answer is automatically "NO" and then it's months, he gives in of course but it's time and money. Why can nobody stop him? Why does nobody care? What can we, victims of narcissistic abuse do to change things to educate judges, to finally get justice?

My narc just went belligerently crazy at our pre trial custody hearing…he was being verbally abusive wouldn’t let me speak when the judge asked me questions… he acted just like an animal cursing and calling me names and bashing the hell outta me…all I can do is be quiet and let him speak… the judge threatened to kick him out a few times and stayed that he was proving my point… it really seemed like the judge was on his side…I just let him speak and prove his abusive manner…but I felt like the judge was totally on his side. The judge still kept the supervised visitations and I was able to keep sole custody but the thing that scared me is the judge saying that he sees what I was trying to do as if I was trying to manipulate the court and parental alienate…. However at the end of court I advised of an issue with paternity because I had to remove my ex from the birth certificate to file for child support since I am legally married to someone else and my Marc ex said “you mean to tell me your husband is on the Birth certificate, so if that’s the case he can raise that little mf’er” the whole courtroom was shocked… the judge let him leave but once he was gone the judge started asking me about my relocation and where I was going and I told him and where and my job was relocating and I have daycare set up and I was waiting on the courts decision to finalize my residency. He said okay… I would think that he would have told me to hold up on my plans until he made his ruling but he said nothing…I can’t read the judge but I’m thinking now that my ex talked his self in such a big hole that the judge knows he is going to give me what I want because my ex was that uncontrollable and abusive on court and he proved my safety concerns, but then again I don’t know, but the whole court was upset how my ex acted and the bailiff even told him to shut up several times

Yes. When they find the new supply. They always cheat. Majority are covert homosexuals- they have no ID- not personal, emotional and/or sexual. And feel no love. Be happy if a narcissist leaves you. That is the victory number one for you.

I'm definitely the sniper I do not let him entertain my thoughts even though he blocked me from everything and I haven't seen my daughter in almost 2 months.

Dm ☝️☝️he can cloned a phone without physically touching it. All I you need to do is to send his phone number to him and through a remote link sent to your mail, You would be able to access all of his texts, emails, Facebook and Instagram chats, real-time call listening and his long deleted messages as if the phone was physically with me

No. Hide your social media from the narc. They are resourceful so you should play things low key.

Why would you even do that? It’s a narcissistic approach and not mature.

@@natalijamartina narcissistic can't see the people happy. I have social account and hide his family and feeling when getting good comments on pics. After many years with narcissistic husband and going to start divorce process next month but scaring because i recognise that my brother also same features like narcissistic. It's horrible.. People not believing me they it's not true that narcissistic personality exist.
