I think video can help ourself but to deal with judges since they do jot even read all the dics , proofs, etc and do not give enought yime yo express both parties. Its cery frustrated. I wen to mediation and then finally PHM but Fther still reafusing yo give yhe orescribed medication to our child to help on his Bigh llevel of Dog and cat allergies just a couple of days after the new order , he just send me a measage saying that he dies not think our son cought and allergies are cause at his home and the medivine is not need it qhen ha owned cat and tmtgree dogs pkus he pet sitter at his home and all the dogs sleep at the same roomqith kids( Kids just ramdonky . My curfentely says things) . The Athorney I hired was not good . I saw him logging in his Facebook while we were sitting waiting out turn at hearing and istead be reading my statement to oreoare in front of the judge. I send a mesaage asking him what can I do since the Father still refusing to the give the medication to our child and Inuavebit on mesage and he daid that he is not violating anything because the judge addressed as a order only if ita precribed medication 😮😮 That confirmed me that he dis not even read my statemnet and all the Drs dics and prescription since its a pre ribed Allergy medication, injaler etc. Then I reply telling him: Of course its presvribed by Dr! He said: Ues. He is violating the new order and if I wish to filed a mew motion caaled " Contemp Filling" but his office doea not that service... If someone can help with some information of any low income organization of Athorney that can help me in theis case for a low cost sonce I already paid $3000 flat rate to this Athornwy , I only have $5000 in my daving for any emergency or for when the family that I qork as a Nanny will noy need me anymore so I can use that moner till I find another job. Note: I share custody 50/50 with Father since 2018 and also since this tecentely court mediation and the new order also to stop him voarxe the chimdren to join after school activities they do not like and force me yo taking them in my days , he is taking rev😂nge in not answering my mesages and not even open it for days anf days. Mine started with he needs custodial parent or more parenting time so he can get food stamps and government assistance. I think he is going with the oh poor me he needs to get the government money. I haven't caught wind of a smear campaign yet. I have text evidence it is about the money. He won't accept me paying him child support or paying for things at his house. He wants the government to pay him.

I told his mom about the abuse and she acted like she understood. He had been diagnosed as a child with borderline personality disorder. He had issues all his life. Tried to act like she was on my side but wasn't really. She still to this day 8 years later enables him with giving him financial support. I went no contact with her soon after the divorce

What about fact- not following court ordered visit, not allowing access to school records, not allowing access to medical records, encouraging child to use profanity, using emails to call me names, denying visitation for long distance video call which id court ordered.

My first wife did all she could to turn our son against me. There were some tough years when he didn't want much to do with me. However, when he turned 16 it all changed. He began to see for himself what was really happening. He chose to live with me full time and still has a strained relationship with her to this day. It is sad all the way around. She didn't just rob him of a good relationship with his father for a period of years. She also robbed him of a good relationship with his mom for the foreseeable future.

I am a DV survivor. I'm still going through a crazy child custody legal battle with a magliant narcissist, I do have a degree and medical license, so technically I can label him but my lawyer and myself never do. It is very obvious the type of person he is. Unfortunately, after him not appearing, going almost 18months with no child support, constant harassment, smear campaigns, ect. He hired an attorney 7months into so the judge changed, and everything just got beyond fucked up. This man has put me in the hospital, has called DCP&P on me with false allegations 5 times, called the cops on me, and to top it off had not only been arrested for DV against me, is a convicted felon. I lost all hope in the system, I am still fighting because I will never stop for my babygirl but no one listens to me. I wish I could speak to you Judge Anthony! You're amazing! I have lost my daughter in custody court due to my survival response in my marriage. I was mentally and physically abused into a shell of a person. I find myself watching alot of videos to give me strength. When your abuser is the victim in the courts eyes, it's the most arduous experience.

If I can make this happen from Turkey and join the court with MS teams, you guys can do it. You can use chatgpt for your declarations too.

Why is it always him? Theres plenty of female narcissists and they are way worse because the deck is already stacked in their favor. Hell im even willing to RAISE my child support amount so i can support my kid more since we arent together anymore and she still fights me about custody. Hasnt has a job in years i am currently paying her rent but then i somehow get convinced that im the unfit parent because i didnt sit on the floor and play with him or do his schoolwork with him after coming home from a 12 hour shift getting only 4 hours of sleep while being severely depressed from all the toxicity and repeating over and over. Not that its an excuse but god the manipulation is crazy. Especially how easily it is for them to convince you are wrong until you speak to someone else you realize how insane it was.

Doesn't work if the narcissist has convinced the judge. The judge won't even consider your evidence and the judge can and will do whatever he wants. Also if you're a man you can say whatever you want without evidence. Ask me how I know.
