There’s 2 points I want to clarify since I think there’s a couple misunderstandings: 1. The Terrifier Franchise is considered a splatter film which basically focuses on the gore sfx. Movies like The Wizard of Gore and Dead Alive are a couple to also list. 2. While there is a plot, it’s not very fleshed out properly or really recognised due to the gore but there’s a basic plot and Terrifier 3 has maybe the best plot (so far) in the franchise. From what I’ve heard, David Howard Thornton (actor of Art) and Damien himself have said the fourth terrifer movie will possibly be about Arts backstory so hopefully it can possibly As a die-hard fan of the franchise, I’ll admit that it’s not for the faint of heart and I don’t really recommend it if your not good with gore or any familiar with the Splatterpunk/Splatter media and content.
