You don't have to kill first two enemies. Just time the first jump behind rotating chain and skate around enemy on left, jump and then skate around second one on the right.

But it's just easier to kill them. I don't do it personally because I enjoy the challenge, but if you're actually struggling, killing them is required.

At the last part of the level, its easier than it looks. However, go the other way to jump less.
