If you activate the board breaker, and they chain an effect to summon Hugin, when the chain resolves from there wouldn’t Hugin hit the board as chain link two resolves, and the board breaker then go off as chain link one? With Hugin not getting a chance to protect since you you can’t activate new effects once the chain starts resolving?

The effect of hugin doesn't activate so it's still protects :)

Frankly, if Konami insists on making these kinds of hardcore field spells, I just want them to give something to fight back with. We need more than just three Cosmic Cyclones. Give us Double Cosmic Cyclone or something. If they won't hit Runick, give us something to fight Runick.

Yeah! We've had some amazing growth the past few weeks! I can look into making some how to play guides but honestly, I'm not an expert when it comes to some individual decks, I believe it's better to get your information on specific decks from players that are very good at those decks... Like I can make a great how to play guide on dragon link, Dinos, fire king, etc. But I would do a bad job at properly explaining Purrely, R-ace, etc.
