Yeah the AI in this game only goes super hard IF you're constantly trying to melee them cuz they read inputs. Once you have space and are charging up they basically ignore you lol I HATE IT

I forgot to say this once Raditz charge's to his sparking mode he'll just spam side dodge and once you catch him in the middle of his dodge just spam your Sparking! Kamehameha.

I struggled at first, buts is actually easy. More around, not get too close, wait for him to attack, in that moment get behind his back and combo him. Repeat this all the time and you’re good. Do this on sparking, for best results.

on classic controls, L2+X twice to speed directly behind him. Also can use X Dashes left and right to breeze past his beams. When you have distance between vegeta and you then charge, he should let you go just fine

Just spam ultimate moves if you can’t beat them. They fall easily. Personally I like to fight them hands cuz it improves my timing and combos sets.

Me too bro. I died 3 times and saw someone say “spam ultimate”…. So I hit him a few times, countered a couple times, charged up and hit him with the ultimate kick thing and his 1st bar went down, and then the fight just ended and piccolo jumped in and all that…. Idk wtf is up with this game. I hear Nappa and it was actually a fun fight. Then I get to Vegeta and forget it. I f*cked up and got the game at GameStop so it’s not like I can even return it 🤬

I had a little trouble with Ape Vegeta considering this is my first time ever playing a game of this series but I slowly learned the mechanics he was doing and tried to counter the things I could understand from doing the Tut. I also unlocked Goku Black early and his first mission against Blue Goku and Future Trunks is tough asf for me right now and im trying to do the same processes i did with the other fight figure out the mechanics but I cant figure out what I'm missing, I can barely get to Trunks at all any tips?

I did, but do the same with regular Kamehameha or spirit bomb when you get the chance. The normal version of this I was able to do normal Kamehameha spam. Cuz he didn't get sprit bomb back until the next encounter. Works for almost every difficult fight in story if you wanna cheese

When I’m in sparking I don’t see any rb+o ability for this vegeta mission. If I look in control explanation I can see gravity bomb but it still doesn’t show 🤷‍♀️

it is until about 20 hits unless you insert a step in break in between because the CPU can fall out of it. This method is just faster to nuke their health.

Go into sparking, you have spirit bomb in that route you took. So it works the same way.

To everyone saying just go sparking and spam super, what kind of TRASH strategy is that BS. Like for real. That’s like spamming Comet Azur in Elden Ring and using summons the entire way and then claiming to be “Gud” Running and spamming energy attacks is the MAIN strategy I have seen the sweaties give. That’s not a fun game. A fighting game should feel like a dance of back and forth, that rewards your skill. This game is just unfair BS and ANY game that input reads is utterly BROKEN. WASTE OF DAMN MONEY

I feel like the defense does not work like in the tutorial training. I’m getting rush combo hit and am spamming the counter but it doesn’t work like ever. It all just feels random. A more in depth guide would be very helpful, something other than just get behind him or dodge, like what inputs to get behind him and when to time the counters and perceptions and clashes.
