So I wanted to tell everyone the reasons why we did the Live Action one rather than the anime. First of all, The anime is super long and has too many filler episodes. We could do it but it would've taken so much time to work on and we thought we should give the live action one a shot! That was it really. maybe we'll actually the anime sometime in the future! And we are also trying out a new segment towards the end with me and Dom! Where we chat about the movie for a minute. The anime has no filler. It has all purpose in the story and development of the E-class students Some would even argue that there were not enough episodes dedicated to certain students even. But fine with me. Haven't watched the live-action version, so I get some of that here in the video.

@@makisekurisu8594 Oh, Steins;Gate. Great taste. Enjoyed the Elite version on Switch not too long ago. To be fair, the anime did hint here and there at how students developed circles and got along with one another, showed bits on how Koro-sensei individually tutored them about what personal interests they had and the sort. I just loved the way the series managed to develop such a big cast of characters and would have enjoyed being able to look more into some students' backgrounds yet. And I'm sure I'm not the only one who'd been all for being able to watch past the ending with Nagisa as a teacher.

It seems that the live action Koro Sensei is way weaker than the anime one, in the anime it’s revealed that he finds Irina attractive but he never lets his guard down around her which is how her assassination failed so the idea where she can just flirt with him whilst someone else just shoots him would never work

Idk if it's the movie or your script but a lot of parts are showed in a really bad and different way from the anime Like 5:05 Koro sensei didn't get mad for nearly being killed, he was mad because his class tried to kill him in a way that risks one of their classmates' life and also he didn't threaten the class, he threatened their parents and loved ones because he never breaks promises (he promised to not hurt the students remember)

If you break down Koro-Sensei's name in Japanese, then it's pretty obvious why his name is Koro-Sensei. 殺 (Koro) comes from the word 殺して (Koroshite) which means "kill" or "to kill." 先生 (Sensei) means teacher in Japanese. So, 殺先生 can roughly translate to "killing teacher."

Funny thing here: the anime treats the "six limb destruction" attempt a bit differently... and it is much more thought out: 1. Not exactly porn, but he gets easily flustered when his reputation is called into question... so they made a video for him to watch that starts off nice, but takes advantage of this. 2. He knew that they knew about the water weakness by this point, but overlooked the venue: a hut jutting out into the bay (it's a school trip they earned by winning a bet against the other classes, involving the very same exam Korosensei made his wager with). This allowed them to _collapse the hut itself,_ so he would inevitably get wet... unless of course he flew away, right? WRONG! 3. You know those novelty water jetpack things that some tourist areas rent out? They used a bunch of them to create a cage of water, leaving him no escape. Of course he could still react _within_ the cage to anyone there... 4. But the students entrusted the kill shot to TWO of them who really clicked with the "sniper" form of assassination, meaning they're outside of his visible range. In other words, the only things they didn't take into account were the "shoot all the tentacles" option (which he wouldn't _actually_ allow, so that's not a failing), and the Sphere Defense form they had no way of knowing beforehand. The anime class put together a better plan, that didn't rely on the teacher agreeing to be tied up (which wasn't part of his wager mind you), and would have worked if not for one piece of information that they couldn't have found out about without coming this close to winning anyway!

I had my absolute doubts about this anime, I had to ask KZbin under the premiere post: “I've never heard of this anime, should I watch it”. Honest commenters explained why I should watch it, and I was convinced. And I never looked back. Watching anime made me feel I was back in high school, and I HATED my school life (mind y'all).
