One of the funny things about the Russel Hormozi story that nobody picks up on is that Russel's advice to Alex to shut down his gym businesses and do online coaching was actually terrible advice. If Alex stayed in the brick and mortar business back then and built a huge fitness franchise he would have crossed the $1B mark a long time ago. That's why he's back in the 'real business' world now and out of coaching.

Russel's answer may be different, but from my perspective, it seems that he solves the problem of the lone wolf, who struggles to figure everything out on his own by creating a community (or a pack, depending on how far you want to go with the metaphor) of "funnel hackers" who support each other.
