@@lach888c2 yeah I agree 100% I normally have shitty Internet and really never kill ground soft targets(infantry) but when I finally got the stuka with the super big bomb it became easy to destroy tanks but other than that I sucked or when someone got on my ass and I had no gunner and was forced to switch and still die or mainly the fact I never got any support even when I gave so much support also I didn't start playing the game until 2 years after it came out but shit bro when I play AA all planes die immediately I feel like a god when it comes down to leading planes

Fly high first thing, get above everyone but don't stall out in the ceiling. Use the stick to look around gently and then dive down on the first enemy plane you see moving, keep a constant watch for the little black dots moving around the sky. Use the break to pull up and do tighter turns, then accelerate again when you fly straighter. Only fly in the middle of the map and your base. Upgrade your plane for dogfighting. If you get one on your tail, keep looping around your base reload and use the repair gadget and aggressive, evasive maneuvers. End of the day, its about awareness in the air, the will to fight and survive and flying aggressively with a purpose.

As someone who only started playing when it hit game pass, AA should probably get a range reduction, but last night I ran into a trio of pilots who must have been communicating because they shut down my AA very well by drawing my fire one direction and hitting me with bombs from high above from the opposite direction. I got a ton of damage but would die before I could seal the deal. My pilots were not skilled enough to handle them, even with my AA support. They pretty much ran the game

The resupply thing is based on actual WW2 Tactics. When planes armed with ordnance returned to base with leftover weaponry they would usually drop what they had before landing because it was safer for ground crews to not remove live ordnance from planes

Fjell 652 is still the best map if you are trying to learn, the aa is strong but you can fly below it around the sides of the mountain,, try to join a squad with other pilots, if they are any good they will help you (esp if you can talk to them) .... some basic tips: Shooting planes > I see a lot of comments about how long it takes to kill compared to being killed, just as you get better with a gun at aiming for centre mass to head the same for planes, if you attack from above slightly you have the option to shoot the engine, or the pilot ,, this just takes time to get the right feeling and experience,,, some guns like the Juc's tank gun, will kill the pilot in one shot, the 50 cal explosive on the British bomber will kill in 2 or 3 pilot hits . Also... once you do upgrade your plane even to lev 2 the option of gun dps normally gets way better : Setup > for dog fighting, DPS / Engine speed/ Turn speed / Extra altitude / Smoke / fix broken wing are all options to look for, Spit-fighter with radar, 8 guns and smoke is really a good place to start or the second bf109 using rockets and hight bonus ...... (unless they have a mosquito/ mustang with hight bonus any plane who chases your b109 upwards and does not kill you though your smoke will stall and present themselves as a sitting duck) .

Don't know if this helps anyone, but I have my PS4 setup as veteran and southpaw. Also, I only really fire if I am either close, on target, or I have perfect lineup on a plane or any other Enemy. If you pace your bursts on planes, you can melt them. Also, learn to shoot ground troops while flying. Teaches how close to get to the ground for that match or if they're any as guns or fliegers

1 tip I must recommend which will be more personal preference as u learn how to fly but I must say going first person dramatically increases ur accuracy in dogfights. I see a lot of people do this so I know it’s not just me but when shooting in a dogfight in third person it is more difficult. This may sound dumb but when I shoot in first person it’s a lot easier to track the enemy aircraft when shooting thus increasing ur accuracy. It’s difficult to explain but it works. My gamer tag is Wargak62 on Xbox 1, u can look up my stats on battlefield tracker and see that I do know what I am talking about.👍 2,169,929 score 4,774 kills 0.78 kpm 354.91 Spm 4D 05H 54M Time played in the air.

I use PS4 controller whenever I go into first person and use my right 3 stick my character head moves up and down left and right, and when I use my L3 i can barley move it left and right.. And any tips on using my bombs? Because I keep getting hitmarkers when I line the mini circle up with the big circle.

I found out why other planes kill you faster than you - pay attention to the players lvl they upgraded their plane weapon mods and were as you a new player have base weapon mods meaning they do more damage to you and than you to them. Which is bs you can even tell in this video that his crosshairs turn green when he is shooting somebody and it locks on - that definitely doesn’t happen to me and I used the same plane.

Thats why you start with fighter planes and in 1 one day you have them fully on lvl. The biggest mistake most people make is they shoot to soon. When im on your six i wait untill i can see the character in the cockpit. In 1 strafe youre done. For tips and tricks check facebook: pilots of battlefield. Thats where me and all the other aces are. wrong. the first thing to learn is how to keep the frigging thing stable

If ur in pursuit and they try to cut up in front of an obstacle or try to stall so you will pass them don't be afraid to pull into lead pursuit and drop your bombs just before you pull up and away from them doesn't always work but it scares the shit outta most and when it does hit it feels right. You can also end a pilot who is playing chicken with you but careful not to damage your plane.
