As per to This logic; P-1always will be first duty, P-2 will be second duty, if can you make change over as per to pumps run hours with timer it will be more nice.. without PLC controller for more cheaper... So both pump will be life time run hours the same.. also if any pump tripped or both float switch on the same time this logic should be second stage,, up to resetting all alarms,,, So, Is this possible to do through hardware?🤔 Did you got my point? Actually when I am teaching my student Building Management System the first few lesson are to prepare power and control diagram for an equipment in a Hand or manual control. Next lessons will be how to prepare the equipment for Automatic control thru DDC (Direct Digital Control) where they will learn how to write their very first control logic. You are right to do pump sequencing we can use the run hours of the pumps which is a basic concept in Building Management System or Building Automation. (BMS/BAS)
