Do I go to a flight attendant school before I apply for the job or I apply for the job then they proceed to train me…how does it work? I’m confused

It works both ways, some Airlines employ and train, while some Airlines prefer to employ those who already have their Cabin Crew license; to them these set of people are already grounded in Aviation somewhat. In summary, like I said in the video enrolling for the CC training puts one at advantage during Employment process.

Most airlines prefer those that are done with service or have letter of Exemption. So Discharge Certificate is one of the credentials needed.

I applied to two airlines immediately I finished my cabin crew training, I went through all 3 interview stages with the two airlines but I only got a call back from one. And lucky for me it was the one I least expected their call back that employed me🤗

I try to applied to Lagos aviation academy in ikeja and I was told university certificate is not compulsory and if I could hear clearly from what you said in the video that most airlines offer a job to only university certificate holder.... Does it mean I won't be able to get a job after finishing the course? Because I only have a high school certificate.

Most airlines prioritise employing graduates either Hnd or Bsc/BA.

Having a knowledge of a foreign language is an added advantage, especially if you will be working for an airline that travels to a country where that language is spoken. But you have to also consider taking the Cabin Crew Ab-initio course and get licensed. 75% of airlines operators in Nigeria look to employ people who are already licensed.
