Complete ur graduation. And apply for FTII or SRFTI. Once u join the institute u will understand how to go further. In FTII, there are two courses 1) 3 years Graduation 2) 1 year electronic cinematography course. For further info pls check there respective websites.

There is no necessary to join a film school you can learn cinematography from KZbin but if you have money and time then go for it.
