I normally don't comment on KZbin videos, but I keep commenting on yours. I am just in awe at how much this video and a few others from your podcast have assisted in setting the gears in my brain to turn the way I want them to. I couldn't figure out what I was missing to get where I wanted to go, so I tried a few suggestions I hadn't tried before (like not hitting snooze, realizing I can and should change my relationships with the crabs in the bucket) and the difference it's made is incredible. I wish I'd found this years ago!.. but I would have been too arrogant and flakey to listen back then, so I'll stay happy with the now. Thank you!

Hey Bedros, your thoughts on entrepreneurs changing their thing all the time got me thinking. I'm newly starting in business and at the moment I am into a business (real estate) that I do not really prefer. What I really like to do is build a cloud company (IT). Would it be okay to stay in the current business, develop my communication and other skills, earn some money and then get into the IT sector, or just dive right into it anyway?

My man, if you're good at real estate but don't necessarily like doing it I would say stay to get the skills needed then switch to your passion!

Nice video as always. One key point though. Changing gears doesn't always mean one isn't focused, a previous business idea might no longer be profitable as a result of changes in the external environment.
