As IMGs, most people (if not all) leave their home country because of career options. So in my opinion, from a growth perspective, the USA is still the most desirable. Canada is also a desirable place for IMGs. I recently went to Australia (Sydney & Melbourne). I met a few IMGs. I liked the Australian work culture too!

Hi Sir , i am IMG , THIS WAS 2ND YEAR i APPLIED IN Ontario's FM program and was not matched even i had interviews last year and this year too , with this years end interation interview went really well with the interviewer saying that 'WE HOPE YOU CHOOSE US " but still did not match. I have graduetaed from a med school in India in 2011 , I have recency of practice as I went to work in INdia for couple of months in 2022 and from Last year I am volunteering in a FM clinic.
