And for VOC 3 applicants is it mandatory to write the N Z.REX ? If my parent residency institution is not listed in the international directory of medical school , what are the options for me and how to get a registration?

Only UK accepts md Or ms from India other countries don't accept that and u will have to write mrcp and mrcs for that Then complete your residency from UK and become consultant or GP Then it's easy to move to New Zealand or australia after that

Just do your Gp training from UK and then move to new Zealand Reasons New Zealand produce only 500 doctors per year so getting into residency is next to impossible

​@simmirani528 unfortunately that was my original plan but Plab1&2 and Gmc registration will take a long time my Plab 1 next year, and this cycle is last soon rules will change back that Imgs can't apply for specialty training priority for UK grads then Eu then Imgs who have experience, so chances near impossible to get Gp Training

@@doodmood326 it's next to impossible to get in internship program and getting registered and I will be honest forget about doing any speciality from nz it will take u atleast 2 years to get into internship program and 2 to 3 years to get in any speciality training if your luck is good And some realities : They will send u to countryside with poor infrastructure if u got into internship program after clearing NZ licensing examinations

Hi Simranjot, Yes Indian Clinical Internship is valued in NZ, however as I mentioned in my video having 3+yrs of experience after your graduation from India and simultaneously doing NZREX exam & by having a job offer in NZ you can apply for registration. Hello, If it's MRCP (UK), if this is a medical degree from the united kingdom accredited by the general medical council & if you have completed your internship in UK or Ireland then you are eligible to apply for provisional general through medical council of New Zealand competent authority pathway.
